The main topic for discussion was the continuation ofย Russian-American cooperation inย space and first ofย all under the program ofย the International Space Station.ย

During the call the head ofย NASA positively estimated the bilateral interaction inย space that began with the docking under the Soyuzย โ€” Apollo program inย 1975, asย well asย claimed the intention toย continue the operation ofย the ISS till 2030 inย case sufficient state funds are allocated. While supporting the head ofย NASA, Dmitry Rogozin noted the complete fulfillment ofย the obligations ofย the Russian side toย support the ISS operation from and shared the plans toย develop the Russian segment ofย the station.
