In the wake of the controversy over an S-band satellite transponder leasing arrangement between Antrix Corp., the commercial arm of India’s space agency, and a company managed by former Antrix officials, India’s national satellite leasing policy will be posted on the Antrix website, according to livemint.com.
“The satellite policy is a government-approved document that elaborates the principles under which transponders on various Indian satellites are leased to private and state broadcasters.”
