U.S. Air Force Major Kenneth Bell serves as deputy chair of the Global Security Intelligence Studies (GSIS) Department at National Intelligence University, where he instructs on applied International Relations theories and Chinese military capabilities and strategy. He is an active-duty Air Force intelligence officer with unique assignments in space operations, Joint Staff, and civilian intelligence agencies. Bell received his commission at Texas A&M University in 2010 and earned his masterโs degree at The George Washington University.
