NASA said March 30 that it is extending Computer Sciences Corp.’s supercomputing support contract for a third year. The option, valued at $58.6 million, will keep the Landham, Md.-based company supporting the NASA Advanced Supercomputing Division at Ames Research Center in Mountain View, Calif., through March 2012.
Five one-year options remain on Computer Science Corp.’s contract, which began in August 2007.
